Milk Shake Chocolate

Materi praktek bartending tanggal 11 September 2013:


Milk Shake Coklat (blending)

Ingredients:
  • 1 sdm Yoghurt plan
  • 100 ml Fresh milk
  • 3-4 pcs Ice cube serut
  • 1 scoop Ice cream chocolate (scoop penuh)
  • 30 ml Sirup coklat Marisha / Hersey
  • 1 Spray Whipping cream Roselle (Toping)
  • 1 Scoop Ice cream chocolate (scoop tipis) (toping)
  • 1 pc Red Cherry tangkai (garnish)


Glass:
  • Juice Glass


Garnish: 
  • Whipping cream Roselle, ice cream Chocolate, red cherry tangkai and syrup chocolate Marisha.


Direction:
  1. Blending yoghurt, milk, ice cube, ice cream chocolate, sirup chocolate.
  2. Tuang ke dalam gelas saji, berikan toping whipped cream, ice cream chocolate scoop tipis dan garnish dengan Red cherry dan sirup chocolate.
  3. Sajikan dengan straw dan stirrer/ ice tea spoon.
